PRESM STG (Student Travel Grants) Program

Welcome to PRESM 2023!
PRESM 2023 Organizing Committee is pleased to provide travel grant supports to the students who present outstanding scientific or technical achievement at the conference. The grants will be allocated based on the clear need of support for the requesting students. The grants are intended to partially offset travel costs for presenting attendants to attend the PRESM 2023. A considerable number of student travel grants as registration fee, up to USD 350 each, will be given to the students.

Requirements

Applicants must;
• be presenter or author of a paper at the PRESM 2023 AND;
• be full time student enrolled in a Ph.D., Masters' or Bachelors' Degree program during the conference period AND

How to Apply (Following the order)

1. Sign up via PRESM 2023 website (www.presm.org - sing up) prior to beginning the application.

2. Submit the written [Student Grant Application Form] via mail to presm@kspe.or.kr
• Should include the reason of application and official signature of an applicant`s advisor or head of department where the applicant is affiliated
• Should include the copy of Student ID card

3. Deadline of Application; March 31, 2023

Important Instructions

1. The completed form should be converted to PDF format and emailed to conf@kspe.or.kr

2. Notification will be made by email.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent back to the email address that applicant has written on the form. (Please make all email address be same as the one provided on the completed form). If you do not receive the confirmation, double-check that your submitted email address on the form is correct and that the email has not been blocked by your spam filter.

3. The PRESM Organizing Committee will review all qualified applications. After the final review, the names of grantee will be notified by email before deadline of early/presenter registration.

4. Only the selected student could be awarded. The Student Travel Grant will be given at the conference venue.
